Halloween is right around the corner, and whether you’re dressing up and going out or staying home, the holiday isn’t complete without candy. My personal favorite when I was a kid was the 100 Grand Bar. I just couldn’t get enough of that chewy caramel, milk chocolate, and crispy rice on the outside.
